Thony Lindström Härdin

Thony has a law degree from Lund University (2007) and has studied at McGill University in Montréal. Prior to his current role, he worked as a lawyer at Setterwalls, Mannheimer Swartling and Morris Law. He has also served as General Counsel for Viking Supply Ships as well as for Floatel International

Oscar Holm

Partner and co-founder
 
Oscar has a degree in finance from the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg (2006) and has studied at University of California, Los Angeles. Prior to co-founding Litigium Capital, he worked in the finance industry with equity research, asset management and corporate finance at Erik Penser Bank and Dunross & Co.

Christian Thiel

Chairperson

Christian has a dual degree in law and economics from School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg. Christian is the founder and owner of Svensk Tillgångsutveckling and Feldthusen Invest AB, and is the founder and chairman in the listed company FlexQube Group.  

Christian has served in the investment committee since 2021

Carl-Johan Carlsson

Investment Committee

Carl-Johan has a law degree from Lund University and has studied at University of Heidelberg and the Stockholm School of Economics. Carl-Johan has an investment banking background and manages his own family office Sönerna Carlsson Family Office. Carl-Johan serves as an advisor and have several board assignments for listed and unlisted companies.

Anders Schäfer

Investment Committee

Anders is a Danish attorney and legal scholar specialising in competition law, damages and collective redress. He holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree (dr.jur.), lectures at the University of Copenhagen, and has contributed to European Commission research on litigation funding and class actions. 

Anders has served in the investment committee since 2026

Heidi Merikalla-Teir

Chairperson

Heidi has over 20 years of experience from working with complex disputes. Heidi serves as an arbitrator in domestic and international arbitration proceedings and as a mediator in commercial disputes. Heidi was previously Managing Partner of a Finnish law firm and Secretary General of the Finland Arbitration Institute (FAI).

Martin Hansson

Board member

Martin is a Swedish finance professional and investor. Over the past 20 years, he has worked with investments in both listed and unlisted assets. He is the Chief Executive Officer of Galjaden Fastigheter and Ramlösa Shipping, a board member of Galjaden Invest, and Chairman of the Boards of Latvian Forest Company and Link Property Investment.
