Legal Finance in the Nordics
Litigium Capital invests in legal risks. Since our establishment in 2020, we provide non-recourse financing for the costs associated with your dispute. In return, we receive a share of the proceeds if the dispute is won and there is recovery. If the dispute is lost or there is no recovery, there is no repayment obligation. Our focus is litigation and arbitration in the Nordic countries.
